Under the patronage of the General Inspector , Brigadier General Eng. Hashem Al-Khasawneh, the Public Security Directorate held the launching ceremony of the Public Security Directorate new website under the domain name www.psd.gov.jo on Tuesday, 14/12/20121 at the Creativity and Innovation Hall - Public Security Directorate. Where the website was designed and developed by Echo Technology in cooperation with Siren Associate.
Brigadier General Eng. Hashem Al-Khasawneh mentioned that new websites comes according to the royal vision in increasing the level of efficiency and improving the security service. In addition the website provides knowledge, awareness, and serves the vision of merging all public security units and formations under the directorate’s management.
Moreover, the General Inspector pointed that building the website came under the direct orders from the Director Maj. Gen. Hussein Al-Hawatmeh, for how it will serve, facilitate citizens, and provide them with their needs, services, and enhances the interaction between citizens and the Public Security Directorate.
Eng. Yousef Alem ,the Managing Director of Echo Technology did emphasize during his speech on the importance of the website in reflecting the superior digital identity of the PSD and providing top notch eservices , where the new website contains 162 service including security, training, and traffic services, in which citizens and residents can obtain electronically, to save their time and efforts.
