Echo Technology Organizes Health Awareness Day
As part of our continuous commitment to the wellbeing of our team, Echo Technology hosted a Health Awareness Day in collaboration with Dr. Rand Blasi.
The event featured an informative session led by Dr. Rand, where she highlighted the importance of healthy nutrition and lifestyle habits. She provided both scientific and practical guidance to help employees enhance their physical and mental wellbeing through balanced diets and mindful daily routines.
Additionally, the day included personalized health assessments, offering employees individual consultations to better understand and improve their health status. This initiative reflects the company’s dedication to fostering a supportive and wellness-focused work environment.
Dr. Rand Blasi holds a PhD and a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Jordan. She also serves as the official nutritionist for the Jordan National Football Team during the AFC Asian Cup — a testament to her extensive expertise and professional reputation in the field.

في إطار حرصنا الدائم على صحة وسلامة موظفيها، نظمت شركة ايكو تكنولوجي يومًا توعويًا صحيًا بالتعاون مع الدكتورة رند ابلاسي .
تضمّن هذا اليوم جلسة توعوية قدمتها د. رند حول أهمية التغذية الصحية وأنماط الحياة السليمة، حيث شاركت الموظفين معلومات علمية وعملية حول كيفية تعزيز الصحة الجسدية والذهنية من خلال التغذية المتوازنة والعادات اليومية الصحية.
كما اشتمل اليوم على تقييمات صحية فردية للموظفين، تم من خلالها تقديم استشارات شخصية حول الحالة الصحية لكل موظف. ويأتي هذا النشاط في سياق التزام الشركة بتهيئة بيئة عمل صحية ومستدامة.
يُذكر أن الدكتورة رند ابلاسي تحمل درجة الدكتوراه في التغذية والحميات من الجامعة الأردنية، بالإضافة إلى درجة الماجستير في نفس التخصص. وتشغل منصب أخصائية التغذية للمنتخب الوطني الأردني لكرة القدم خلال مشاركته في بطولة كأس آسيا، مما يعكس خبرتها الواسعة ومكانتها المرموقة في هذا المجال.
